What is your cancellation policy?

Circle Wellness is a high-demand spa. As such, we have a firm cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee, or can be converted to a full credit.
  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance will receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee, or can be converted to full credit.
  • Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • You may reschedule at no charge if your session is more than 24 hours away and the new session price equals or exceeds your original session purchase.
  • If you change to a lower-priced session (e.g., off-peak or shorter duration), you may hold the difference as a credit on your account for a future visit.

To upgrade your session to a peak session, please reach out to Guest Services to avoid the processing fee.

  • If you prefer a refund of the difference, a $15 processing fee will apply.

To cancel your session, you can login to your account here. Under the ‘reservations’ tab, choose the session you would like to cancel and click ‘view reservation’. From there, cancel your reservation. Your session credit will remain on your account for rescheduling if you are outside of 24 hours of your reservation time.

  • Follow the steps to reschedule your reservation.
  • Credits do not expire and you are able to reschedule your session, to a time slot that is the same as the credit you have purchased. Please note, if you wish to change your reservation to a different session type (ie. 120 Minute to 90 Minute Session), you will need to purchase the credit type aligned with that session type. We recommend purchasing the credit to reserve your time slot then reach out to receive a refund for the original credit.
  • To receive a refund for your credit, please reach out to guestservices@circlewellnessspas.com
  • Please note there is a $15 processing fee for all refunds.
  • You may opt to put the difference on your account for future use.

If you choose to cancel and not rebook, you are able to get your session refunded by reaching out to guestservices@circlewellnessspas.com. Please ensure you have a credit card on file for refund and note our cancellation policy.

Prices range from $235 to $295 + applicable sales tax to book a session depending on the day of the week, time of the day, and length of the session. Our prices are per session not per guest so the price is the same whether one or two guests attend.

The Circle Wellness experience is for a maximum of 2 people.

90 or 120-minute sessions are available 7 days a week from early morning to late evening. Current availability can be found on the booking page.

The waitlist can be accessed through the booking page. You’ll receive an email notification when any session that day becomes available. The waitlist is on a first come, first serve basis once you receive the email.

We release new sessions on the first of each month at 9 AM. If your preferred date is unavailable you can sign up for the waitlist through the booking page.

Yes, you are required to create an account to book a session. You can use your account to manage your booking, see upcoming reservations, modify payment types and make purchases.

  • Email Gift cards are delivered electronically and can be sent directly to the recipient. Please note, they will be delivered immediately upon purchase.
  • For packages that include a session and our signature products, the purchaser will receive a digital certificate to forward to the recipient. The recipient can then collect their products when they visit for their session. 
  • Physical Gift cards must be picked up at the location purchased.

No, gift cards must be used at the location they were purchased for.

Yes. Please reach out to the location the gift card was purchased for to arrange a pickup time.
