Your circuit is fully contained so once you are in your session, it is completely private and clothing-optional. Each circuit features an open-air shower, cedar soaking tub, multi-sensory sauna with Himalayan salt walls, cold plunge, and heated riverstone bed. Gentle audio cues will guide you through the experience.
A thermal spa uses contrast therapy. Contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between hot (saunas, steam rooms, hot pools) and cold (cold showers, pools, ice) followed by rest. Contrast therapy has been practiced around the world for generations and is known to support circulation, reduce inflammation, and boost immunity. How is Circle Wellness different from other spas?
Unlike traditional spas, this is a completely private and self-guided experience, allowing you to unplug and deeply relax in a way that doesn’t happen often in modern life. Our experience is rooted in a deep connection to nature – our tubs do not use chlorine and we use salt, wood, essential oils, and open air to give you the chance to reconnect to nature.
The WellPod is a multi-sensory sauna featuring Himalayan salt walls. The immersive experience features carefully choreographed music, lighting, and airflow. While most saunas are heated to +/- 90°C, the WellPod is heated to 50°C, allowing for a gentle and gradual experience. The space is also open concept without any benches, encouraging you to move in whatever way feels best throughout your time.
The Circle Wellness experience is for a maximum of 2 people.
You may choose to bring a bathing suit, robe, or sandals/slippers.
No outside products are permitted inside the Circuits to protect the natural wood surfaces from being damaged.
