1. Sponsor

This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Circle Wellness Seattle, 1326 N Northlake Way, Seattle, Washington, 98109. The Giveaway is administered by Sponsor.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the Entry Period. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins August 25th, 2026, and ends September 30th, 2026. (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of method.

• Method A — Gift card entry. Purchase any Circle Wellness Seattle gift card, in any denomination, during the Entry Period. You will receive one (1) entry for each gift card purchased. Entries are generated automatically using the purchaser information provided at checkout.
• Method B — Free entry (no purchase). During the Entry Period, visit the official entry URL and complete the online entry form with your full name and email address, and check the eligibility box confirming that you are a Washington resident [18] years of age or older and agree to these Official Rules. The email address is used only to identify entrants and to contact the winners. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to reach or submit the form, and the form is not placed behind any paywall, product purchase, or paid account. You will receive one (1) entry for each completed form submission. Entries submitted by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void.
  
  

Entry limits. Gift card entries: one (1) entry per gift card purchased, no cap. Free entries: one (1) online entry per person per day during the Entry Period. This gives a non-purchaser a recurring, no-cost way to accumulate entries.

Optional marketing consent. Any option on the form to receive Circle Wellness email or updates is optional and is not a condition of entry. An entrant who declines marketing has exactly the same chance of winning.

Both methods carry equal weight. Each entry has the same chance of being selected regardless of how it was submitted, and a single free entry can win. Sponsor may de-duplicate or disqualify entries as needed to enforce these limits and to prevent fraud.

5. Prize

Three (3) prizes are available. Each of three (3) winners will receive one (1) Circle Wellness Seattle Founding Membership. 12 months of membership includes 4x anytime sessions, advanced booking access, discounts on additional sessions and products.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $912 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,736 USD.

Each prize is awarded to one named winner, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, or redeemed for cash, gift cards, or any other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The membership is subject to Sponsor’s standard membership terms. The prize must be activated by October 31st, 2026. 

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across both entry methods during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 7th. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winners will be notified by email within [three (3)] business days of the drawing.

Each selected winner must confirm eligibility and provide a valid mailing address, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within [five (5)] business days of notification. If a selected entrant cannot be reached, is found ineligible, fails to respond within the required period, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate entrant selected by random drawing, time permitting.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize may be treated as taxable income to the winner. Sponsor will comply with any applicable tax reporting obligations. Winners are encouraged to consult a tax advisor.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city of residence, and any statements about the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

10. General Conditions and Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or postage-due entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Giveaway.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. 

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://circlewellnessspas.com/privacy-policy/. Entry information will be used only to administer the Giveaway and for the purposes described in these rules.

14. Platform Release

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social platform. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to any platform.
